The Eko finds it Ask for a document you haven't brought into ekory yet: it finds it in your sites or your OneDrive, reads it and, if you want, adds it to your knowledge. ## Three steps, without moving a file. 1. ### An admin connects Microsoft 365 They grant consent for the company once and pick the SharePoint sites to bring into ekory. 2. ### Everyone connects their own OneDrive For personal files, each person's Microsoft account is all it takes. Connected folders keep themselves up to date. 3. ### Ask your Ekos Give the folders to the right Ekos and share them with your colleagues. For SharePoint sites, yes: an admin grants consent for the company once. For your own OneDrive, your own account is usually enough; if your company requires admin approval for new apps, the admin grants it once for everyone. ### Why doesn't OneDrive come through the company connection? Because a OneDrive is personal, and what the company connects is available to every member of your organization. So team documents live in SharePoint sites, and personal ones come in only through each person's own connection. ### Are SharePoint permissions copied? No, ekory doesn't copy SharePoint permissions. Your admin picks which sites to bring in, and inside ekory you decide who sees what with roles, groups and sharing. ### What if a new document library appears on a site? It becomes available on its own: ekory covers every library of the sites you picked, new ones included, with nothing for the admin to redo. ### Can we connect several companies in the group? Yes. You can connect several Microsoft 365 accounts, one per company, and pick the sites of each. ### Can Ekos change our files? No. They read files and, when you ask, bring one into ekory.
