## Questions about pricing.

### What does “in tiers” mean?

The per-person fee isn't a fixed price per seat: each tier costs less than the one before. The more people you add, the less each extra person costs, and the price stays predictable.

### Are there add-on modules?

No. The plan includes everything: knowledge, Ekos, courses, wikis, automations, security and data stored in Europe.

### Can we try it before we pay?

Yes. You can start free, with no credit card. Or, after the demo, we set up an Eko on your materials and you try it with your team for two weeks.

### Monthly or annual?

Monthly gives you the most flexibility. Paying annually, you pay for 10 months out of 12, with the same complete plan.
