“Let me ask the office and call you back.”
On site you need a measurement, a material, the latest version of a drawing. The answer is in a PDF back at the office, and meanwhile the crew waits.
Specs, drawings, change orders, bills of quantities and safety plans for every site in one place, updated with every new revision. Site managers ask from their phone and get the answer with the document and the page, without waiting for the office to call back.

The works supervisor approved it in September, but the site manager's tablet still has the previous drawing. Someone notices once the wall is built.
A bid needs the real costs of past jobs. They're spread across bills of quantities, job cost reports and supplier invoices, and only the technical director remembers them.
With ekory they get an answer in seconds, with the source. Evenings and weekends too.
Try asking
Specs, drawings, change orders and data sheets for every site, on the phone and with the page.
Bills of quantities, contracts, progress statements and costs for every job: what each item really cost, line by line.
Safety plans, training records and subcontractor paperwork: who can work on site and what's missing.
Yes. ekory reads PDFs (scanned ones too), such as signed contracts, reports and data sheets, Excel files such as bills of quantities and price lists, Word documents and photos taken on site, and answers with the document and the page. Site managers use it from a phone or tablet, with nothing to install. When two documents disagree, such as a drawing and a change order, it flags it.
Yes, if you decide so. In ekory you create a group per site and share with each only its folders: the technical office sees every site, and prices and margins stay with management. Each Eko reads only the folders you give it, and everyone's conversations stay private.
No. ekory reads folders where they already are, in Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive or Notion, and stays up to date when a new revision arrives, without modifying your files. For folders on your office server there's the company file server connection, which opens no access from outside. Every source is on the integrations page.
For 40 people across the technical office, admin and site managers, ekory costs €527 a month in total, excluding VAT: €199 for the platform plus €328 for the people. Pay annually and you pay for 10 months out of 12. The pricing page works it out for your company.
Yes. Your data is stored in Europe, and your content is never used to train AI models: that's written into our contracts with the AI providers, including Google. Permissions apply to every document, folder and Eko and are checked on every question: training records and staff documents can stay with the people who handle safety, bids with management. Conversations are private, and a data processing agreement (DPA) is available; the details are on the security page.
Every company is different. Tell ekory about yours.
Just say what you do, how big your team is and where your documents live: an Eko shows you what changes for you, with examples from your industry and the source of every answer.

For the first call, a spec, a change order and a bill of quantities are all we need.
