How much does ekory cost for a dealer network?
The price has two parts: €199 a month for the platform, plus a fee for each person who uses it, which drops in tiers as you grow. For 50 people the total is €599 a month, for 200 people €1,399, excluding VAT; pay annually and you pay for 10 months out of 12. The pricing page works out the total for everyone who will use it, network included.
Does it connect to the price lists and catalogs we already have?
Yes, without moving anything. ekory reads files where they already are, in Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive or Notion, plus the pages of your website, and stays up to date when a price list changes. It reads PDFs (scanned ones too), Excel, Word and presentations, and every answer shows the document and page it comes from. Your ERP and CRM connect through MCP, the open standard that lets software talk to AI: your IT team makes it available, with no custom development.
Can dealers see our reserved prices?
Not unless you decide so. The dealers' Eko reads only the documents you give it: give it their price list and net prices stay out, because a document the Eko doesn't have can't end up in an answer, however the question is phrased. With groups, each type of dealer sees its own price list and nothing else.
