Every garment has a story. Now the whole company knows it.

Tech packs, bills of materials, swatch books, quality manuals, supplier certificates and thirty years of collections: all in one place, with the source. Design finds a fabric in a minute, and customer service answers retailers without waiting for anyone.

A pattern maker compares fabric swatches in a fashion workshop, among fabric rolls and dress forms.
Example A pattern maker asks whether a fabric has been used before: the Eko answers with the code, the garment and the season.
The problem

Sound familiar?

The pattern maker retires, and what she knew leaves with her.

She knows which canvas shrinks at the dye house and why the collar of the 2015 coat changed at the second prototype. None of it is in the tech packs.

Two hundred retailers, the same questions.

During the sales campaign, customer service answers questions on deliveries, fabric content and size changes by hand. Meanwhile, orders wait.

“Can we say green on the hang tag?”

Since 27 September 2026, EU rules ban generic environmental claims unless you can show recognized excellent environmental performance. The proof is scattered across three suppliers' certificates.

Every day

The questions that all go through one person today.

With ekory they get an answer in seconds, with the source. Evenings and weekends too.

Try asking

  • Have we used this fabric before?
  • How much fabric does a size 48 take?
  • What do we do with this batch?
  • Is this spinner's GOTS certificate still valid?
  • Is the new Vera coat the same as last year's?
  • What did we agree with this store?
Example: Eko Quality checks the rules on environmental claims and suggests wording the company can prove. You can ask the Eko any question in the list: a sample answer appears in the same window, with its source.

Questions

What fashion companies ask before they start.

Can it read tech packs and supplier sheets, in English too?

Yes. It reads PDFs (scanned ones too), Excel sheets, Word documents, presentations and photos of swatches with their tags, in Italian, English or the supplier's language, and answers in the language of whoever asks, citing the page. When two versions of a sheet don't match, it tells you instead of picking one at random.

Does the collection in development stay confidential?

Yes. Create a group for design, one for sourcing and quality, one for customer service and one for agents, and share with each only their folders: the collection in development, costs and margins stay with the people who should see them. Each Eko reads only the folders you give it, and conversations stay private.

Do we have to move our tech packs and swatch books?

No. ekory reads files where they already are, in Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive or Notion, and stays up to date when a sheet changes, without modifying it. For folders on your office server there's the company file server connection; for folders on Dropbox, the Dropbox connection.

How much does it cost for a fashion company?

For 25 people the total is €419 a month, for 50 people €599, excluding VAT: €199 for the platform plus a per-person fee that drops in tiers. Pay annually and you pay for 10 months out of 12. The pricing page works it out for your headcount.

Will our collections be used to train AI?

No. Your content, sketches and tech packs included, is never used to train AI models: it's written into the contracts with the providers, including Google. Your data is stored in Europe, permissions apply to every document, folder and Eko and are checked on every question, and conversations stay private. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available; the details are on the security page.

Every company is different. Tell ekory about yours.

Just say what you do, how big your team is and where your documents live: an Eko shows you what changes for you, with examples from your industry and the source of every answer.
