“Which agreement does this client use?”
Retail, metalworking, restaurants, professional offices: every company has its own national collective agreement, with different notice periods, leave and sick pay. Whoever answers has to remember them all.
Collective agreements, company agreements, payslips and circulars for every client, in one place. Anyone at the firm can answer with the article and the page, even when the colleague who handles that company is on vacation.

Retail, metalworking, restaurants, professional offices: every company has its own national collective agreement, with different notice periods, leave and sick pay. Whoever answers has to remember them all.
The extra pay agreed in 2019, the deal on Saturday shifts, the exception for August leave. When that colleague is on vacation, the client waits for them to come back.
“Why is my net pay lower?” “How much leave do I have left?” Employees call their employer, the employer calls the firm, and the same person always answers.
With ekory they get an answer in seconds, with the source. Evenings and weekends too.
Try asking
Each client's collective agreement, company agreements and hiring letters: notice, leave, sick pay and extra pay, with the article.
Payslips, staff costs and the terms agreed with the firm: the answer to give the client, with the source.
The firm's procedures, from hiring to terminations, with checklists and an onboarding course.
Every answer shows the document and the article it comes from (collective agreement, company agreement, hiring letter or firm circular), so checking it takes one click. The Eko reads PDFs, scanned ones too, Excel and Word, and when two documents disagree or the answer isn't there, it tells you instead of guessing. The advice stays yours: Italy's AI law (132/2025) allows AI in the professions only as support and asks you to tell clients about it, as the profession's National Council pointed out in October 2025. We cover it in our guide to AI for accountants and payroll consultants.
Yes, if you decide so. Create a group per colleague or per area and share with each only the folders of the companies they handle: payslips, letters and employee data stay with the people who process them. Everyone's conversations stay private.
No. Your payroll software stays as it is: ekory reads the documents you already produce (payslips, reports, letters and circulars) where they are, in Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive or Notion, and stays up to date when the month's payslips arrive. For folders on your office server there's the company file server connection, which opens no access from outside.
For 8 people the total is €279 a month, excluding VAT: €199 for the platform plus €80 for the people. Pay annually and you pay for 10 months out of 12, and the cost per person drops as the firm grows. The pricing page works it out for your firm.
Yes. Your data is stored in Europe, and your content is never used to train AI models: it's written into our contracts with the AI providers, including Google. Permissions apply to every document, folder and Eko and are checked on every question, so a payslip is seen only by the people who should see it, and conversations stay private. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available: the details are on the security page.
Every company is different. Tell ekory about yours.
Just say what you do, how big your team is and where your documents live: an Eko shows you what changes for you, with examples from your industry and the source of every answer.

For the first call, a collective agreement and a firm circular are all we need, even without employee data.
