What wineries ask before they start.
Does it work with importers who speak other languages?
Yes. The Eko reads tech sheets, appellation rules and price lists in Italian and answers in the language of whoever asks, such as English, German or Japanese, always citing the original document and page. It also reads scanned PDFs such as lab analysis certificates, Excel sheets and photos of labels.
Can each agent see only their own price lists?
Yes, if you decide so. Create a group for the agents of each area, one for the export office and one for hospitality, and share with each only their folders: price lists by importer and confidential terms stay with the people who should see them. Everyone's conversations stay private.
Do we have to move our tech sheets and documents?
No. ekory reads files where they already are, in Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive or Notion, and your website too, and stays up to date when a price list changes or a new vintage comes out. Your files are never modified. For folders on the server at the winery there's the company file server connection, which opens no access from outside.
How much does it cost for a winery?
For a 10-person winery the total is €299 a month, for 25 people €419, excluding VAT: €199 for the platform plus a per-person fee that drops in tiers. Pay annually and you pay for 10 months out of 12. The pricing page works it out for your team, agents included.
Is the data of our importers, customers and guests safe?
Yes. Your data is stored in Europe, and your content is never used to train AI models: it's written into the contracts with the providers, including Google. Permissions apply to every document, folder and Eko and are checked on every question, and conversations stay private. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available; the details are on the security page.
