Connect your sources. Your files stay where they are.
Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive, Dropbox, Notion, your office server, your websites and your calls: ekory reads them where they are and updates itself when a file changes. It never writes back.
Free. Sign in with Google, Microsoft or an email link. The welcome page is in Italian, the Eko answers in English.

- and your IT team's own MCP servers
For an in-house system, your IT team provides an MCP server: no custom development.
Three steps, and your files stay put.
- 01
Connect the account
An admin connects the company account and picks the shared drives or SharePoint sites. For personal files, each person connects their own.
- 02
Choose what comes in
Whole folders or single files. Connected folders keep themselves up to date: new files come in, changed ones are read again.
- 03
Decide who sees what
In ekory, share folders and Ekos with people and groups. From then on, every answer cites the file and the page.
It reads, it never writes. And you set the rules.
Every connection brings in only what you choose.
Read Security and data- Read-only: ekory never changes or deletes anything at the source.
- A personal connection sees only that person's files.
- A company connection brings in only the drives, sites and folders an admin picks, and makes them available to the members of your organization.
- Inside ekory, you decide who sees what with roles, groups and sharing.
- Your data is stored in Europe, and your content never trains the AI.
Questions about integrations.
Do we have to move our files into ekory?
No. ekory reads your files from Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive, Dropbox and Notion, and from the folders on your office server: they stay where they are, and when they change ekory updates itself.
Do Drive and SharePoint permissions carry over into ekory?
No, ekory doesn't copy the permissions of the source. A company connection brings in only the shared drives, sites and folders an admin picks; a personal one sees only the files of the person who connected it. Then, inside ekory, you decide who sees what with roles (Admin, Manager, User), groups and sharing of folders and Ekos.
What happens when a file changes or gets deleted?
Connected folders keep themselves up to date: new files come in, changed ones are read again, and files deleted at the source leave ekory too. Nobody has to upload anything again.
Do people sign in with their company account?
Yes. With the company's Microsoft account, Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), including accounts synced from your office Active Directory, or with a Google account. People who use neither sign in with an email link: no new passwords to manage.
Can ekory change our files?
No. ekory only reads: it never writes, moves or deletes anything in your file stores.
What about our ERP and CRM?
If the software offers an MCP connector, you connect it from the catalog: HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Odoo, Jira and many more. For an in-house system, your IT team provides an MCP server, with no custom development.
Where does our data go?
Your data is stored in Europe, in Google's data centers in Belgium and the Netherlands, and your content is never used to train AI models. The details are in Security and data.
More questions? Ask ekory.
An Eko answers right away, with the source of every answer: what changes in your work, what it costs for your team, how to get started.
Free. Sign in with a Google or Microsoft account, or with a link sent by email. The welcome page is in Italian; ask in English and the Eko answers in English.
Tell us where your files live. We'll show it to you on your own documents.
For the first call, all we need to know is where you keep them: Google Drive, SharePoint or a server at the office.
