We've written that opinion before. But where?
An opinion on the very same clause exists: a colleague wrote it three years ago. Finding it means asking around or opening folders for half an hour, so people often start over.
Opinions, filings, briefs, templates and the case law collected over twenty years: ekory reads them where they are, answers citing the document and the page, and drafts on your templates. The decision and the signature stay with the lawyer.

A trainee has a question about the right template or how the firm structures a brief. They wait until evening, or carry on alone.
To save time, someone pastes a filing into a free AI app. But case files are covered by professional secrecy, and nobody knows where that data ended up.
With ekory they get an answer in seconds, with the source. Evenings and weekends too.

Every answer shows the document and the page it comes from, so checking it takes one click. The Eko searches the opinions, filings and rulings your firm gives it, scanned ones too, and if the answer isn't there it says so instead of guessing. The decision and the signature stay with the lawyer: Italy's AI law (132/2025) allows AI in the professions only as support, and requires telling clients about it in plain words. We cover it in this article.
Yes, if you decide so. Create a group per practice area, partner or client and share with each only the folders they need, trainees and staff included. Each Eko reads only the documents you give it, and everyone's conversations stay private.
No. ekory reads documents where they already are, in Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive or Notion, plus the web pages you choose, and stays up to date when a file changes, without modifying it. It reads PDFs (scanned ones too), Word and Excel. For folders on your office server there's the company file server connection, which opens no access from outside.
For 10 people, lawyers, trainees and staff together, the total is €299 a month, excluding VAT: €199 for the platform plus €100 for the people. Pay annually and you pay for 10 months out of 12. The pricing page works it out for your firm.
Your data is stored in Europe, and your content is never used to train AI models: it's written into our contracts with the AI providers, including Google. Every document, folder and Eko has its own permissions, checked on every question, and conversations stay private. People sign in with the firm's Google or Microsoft account or with an email link; the DPA and the details are on the security page.
Every company is different. Tell ekory about yours.
Just say what you do, how big your team is and where your documents live: an Eko shows you what changes for you, with examples from your industry and the source of every answer.

For the first call, one opinion and one template are all we need, even without client data.
