Every season starts from scratch.
Eight new seasonal staff arrive. For weeks the permanent team explains the same things over and over, instead of looking after guests.
Procedures, rates and corporate deals, allergens, guest information: all in one place, with the source. The front desk gets it right on every shift, and new staff learn from a course built on your own procedures.

A guest arrives and their room is already taken. The manager is asleep, the procedure is in a binder in the back office. You improvise, and apologize in the morning.
Rates, cancellations, corporate deals: everyone at the desk remembers a different version. The difference comes out at checkout, in front of the guest.
With ekory they get an answer in seconds, with the source. Evenings and weekends too.

The onboarding course and answers for the first month, on rooms, dining and allergens.
Yes. From your front desk, housekeeping and dining room procedures, the menu with its allergens and the videos you already have, ekory builds a course with short lessons, audio and quizzes, in the new hire's language too. You assign it to each person before opening and see who has completed it. It doesn't replace mandatory health and safety or food hygiene training: it teaches how things are done in your hotel.
No, unless you decide so. Create a group per department and share with each only what it needs: the front desk sees rates and procedures, housekeeping its checklists, management the agency contracts too. Each Eko reads only the folders you give it, and everyone's conversations stay private.
No. ekory reads files where they already are, in Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive or Notion, plus your hotel's website, and stays up to date when you change a rate card or a procedure. Files that live on the front desk computer today can be uploaded directly. For folders on your office server there's the company file server connection, which opens no access from outside.
For a 25-person hotel the total is €419 a month, for a small group of 80 people €779, excluding VAT: €199 for the platform plus a per-person fee that drops in tiers. Pay annually and you pay for 10 months out of 12. The pricing page works it out for your headcount.
Ekos need procedures, rate cards and contracts, not your guests' ID documents: you decide which folders to connect. Your data is stored in Europe and your content is never used to train AI models: it's written into the contracts with AI providers, including Google. Permissions apply to every document, folder and Eko and are checked on every question, and conversations stay private. The DPA and all the details are on the security page.
Every company is different. Tell ekory about yours.
Just say what you do, how big your team is and where your documents live: an Eko shows you what changes for you, with examples from your industry and the source of every answer.

For the first call, your front desk procedures, the rate card with its conditions and the menu with allergens are all we need.
