“Ask Chiara, she knows everything.”
The product manager knows every finish, every made-to-measure exception, every market's rules. She spends her days answering showrooms and dealers, and the new collection waits.
Showrooms, dealers and architects around the world get the right answer on finishes, sizes, prices and lead times in a minute, in their own language, with the source. And your network learns every new collection through courses built from your own catalogs, ready in days.

The product manager knows every finish, every made-to-measure exception, every market's rules. She spends her days answering showrooms and dealers, and the new collection waits.
A showroom abroad confirms a fabric that model doesn't come in. You find out in production, and the customer waits an extra month for the sofa.
Every new piece has to be explained to showrooms, dealers and agents, in the language of each market. Between texts, translations, videos and quizzes, training arrives once the season has already started.
With ekory they get an answer in seconds, with the source. Evenings and weekends too.

Every showroom knows what can be made: modules, allowed fabrics and leathers, made to measure, prices and lead times for every market.
Specifications checked the same day: technical sheets, fire certifications, Martindale ratings and 3D files for every product.
Every new collection becomes courses, video lessons and quizzes in your network's languages, built from your own materials.
Yes. The Eko reads your catalogs, price lists and technical sheets, scanned ones too, and answers in the language of whoever asks, such as English, German, French or Chinese, citing the original document and page. Courses, video lessons and quizzes are prepared in your network's languages from the same materials. For Italian furniture it's no detail: the industry sells more than half of its output abroad, €14.2 billion out of €27.7 billion in 2025, according to FederlegnoArredo.
Yes, if you decide so. Create a group for each market or dealer tier, one for showrooms and one for architects and contract, and share with each only their folders: each country's price lists stay with the people who should see them, technical sheets and 3D files reach architects, and internal margins never leave headquarters. Each Eko reads only the folders you give it, and conversations stay private.
No. ekory reads files where they already are: Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive, Dropbox, Notion, folders on your company file server and your website. When a price list changes or a new sheet comes out, answers follow the updated version, and your files are never modified. The company file server connection keeps folders up to date without opening any access from outside; every connection is on the integrations page.
For 80 people across headquarters, showrooms and agents, the total is €779 a month, excluding VAT: €199 for the platform plus a per-person fee that drops in tiers. If you open ekory to your dealers' staff too, 200 people come to €1,399. Pay annually and you pay for 10 months out of 12; the pricing page works it out for your headcount.
Yes. Your data is stored in Europe, and your content, preview collections included, is never used to train AI models: it's written into the contracts with the providers, including Google. Permissions apply to every document, folder and Eko and are checked on every question. People sign in with their company Microsoft account (Microsoft Entra ID, formerly Azure Active Directory), a Google Workspace account or an email link; the details are on the security page.
Every company is different. Tell ekory about yours.
Just say what you do, how big your team is and where your documents live: an Eko shows you what changes for you, with examples from your industry and the source of every answer.

For the first call, a price list, a technical sheet and one collection presentation are all we need.
