Only Giuseppe knows.
He's opened the storeroom every Tuesday for twelve years. He knows which families come through social services, how the parcels are packed and who to call when the van won't start. None of it is written down.
Procedures, shifts, grants, reports and minutes in one place, with the page. Every new volunteer learns from your own procedures and finds the answer on their phone, even when the person who knows isn't around.

Ten new volunteers arrive and the coordinator spends her evenings explaining the same procedures. Then the questions come in on WhatsApp, on every shift.
The project is over, the report is being prepared, and a €1,800 invoice turns out to be an ineligible cost. The guidelines said so on page 31.
With ekory they get an answer in seconds, with the source. Evenings and weekends too.

Yes. From your procedures, ekory builds a short online course, a podcast and a final quiz, and you see who has completed them. After the course, the volunteers' Eko answers the questions of every shift, citing the procedure and the page, from a phone too, with nothing to install. People sign in with a Google or Microsoft account, or with a link sent by email.
Yes, if you decide so. Create groups per service and per role: volunteers see procedures and shifts, families' records stay with the people who support them, accounts and minutes with the board. Each Eko reads only the folders you give it, and everyone's conversations stay private.
No. ekory reads files where they already are, in Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive or Notion, plus the pages of your website, and stays up to date when they change, without modifying them. It reads PDFs (scanned ones too), Word, Excel, photos and videos, and every answer shows the document and the page it comes from.
The price has two parts: €199 a month for the platform, plus a per-person fee that drops in tiers. Everyone who uses ekory counts, volunteers included: for 10 people the total is €299 a month, for 25 people €419, excluding VAT; pay annually and you pay for 10 months out of 12. The pricing page works it out for your organization.
Yes. Your data is stored in Europe, and your content is never used to train AI models: it's written into our contracts with the AI providers, including Google. Permissions apply to every document, folder and Eko and are checked on every question, so families' records stay with the people who support them. Conversations are private, and a data processing agreement (DPA) is available: you'll find the details on the Security and data page.
Every company is different. Tell ekory about yours.
Just say what you do, how big your team is and where your documents live: an Eko shows you what changes for you, with examples from your industry and the source of every answer.
