“What was that client's tone again?”
The guidelines are a sixty-page PDF, and the real tone lives in the client's corrections, scattered across three years of email. Every new freelancer learns it by getting it wrong.
Briefs, brand guidelines, past work and quotes in one place, with the page each answer comes from. One Eko per client, with only that client's folders: account managers, creatives and freelancers start from the same rules.

You've built a similar website twice, but nobody can find what you charged and why. So the price depends on who writes the quote.

Yes. In ekory a client's Eko reads their brand guidelines, tone of voice, approved claims and delivered work, and drafts posts, articles and press releases in Word, in that client's style and, for international clients, in other languages too. With an automation, the draft of the week's content plan is ready every Monday. Your team reviews and signs off every draft.
Yes. Give each Eko only its client's folders and create a group per team: people working on a client see that client, and freelancers only the project they're on. People sign in to ekory with a Google or Microsoft account, or with a link sent by email. Everyone's conversations stay private.
No. ekory reads folders where they already are, in Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive or Notion, plus your clients' websites, and stays up to date when a new brief or a new version of the guidelines arrives, without modifying your files. It reads PDFs (scanned ones too), presentations, Excel sheets, images and video. Dropbox too: its folders connect the same way.
For a 15-person agency the total is €339 a month, excluding VAT: €199 for the platform plus €140 for the people. Pay annually and you pay for 10 months out of 12, and the cost per person drops as the agency grows. The pricing page works it out for your team.
Yes. Your data is stored in Europe, and your clients' content is never used to train AI models: it's written into our contracts with the AI providers, including Google. Permissions apply to every document, folder and Eko and are checked on every question, and conversations are private. A data processing agreement (DPA) is also available: the details are on our security page.
Every company is different. Tell ekory about yours.
Just say what you do, how big your team is and where your documents live: an Eko shows you what changes for you, with examples from your industry and the source of every answer.
