“Can you explain yesterday's circular?”
The circular went out at 18:00. The next morning the phones ring at every branch with the same question, and each advisor explains it their own way.
Circulars, services, collective agreements and grants in one place. Advisors at every branch answer members in seconds, with the circular and the page. And members can ask on their own, at any hour.

Only one person at head office knows the collective agreements and the grants by heart. The other branches call her all day, and when she's on vacation, members wait.
A new advisor has to learn the services, price lists, agreements and procedures. Meanwhile they ask colleagues, who already have their own queue of members.
With ekory they get an answer in seconds, with the source. Evenings and weekends too.

Yes. Create an Eko for members and give it only the circulars, guides and grants you want: it answers at any hour, cites the circular and the page, and when a question goes beyond its documents it says so instead of guessing. Members sign in with their Google or Microsoft account, or with a link sent by email. From the same circulars, ekory also builds short courses, podcasts and quizzes on what's new, for members and for new advisors.
Yes, if you decide so. Create groups per branch and per service, such as payroll, tax, safety, environment and grants: each member's files stay with the people who handle them, while circulars are for everyone. Each Eko reads only the folders you give it, and everyone's conversations stay private.
No. ekory reads files where they already are, in Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive or Notion, plus the pages of your website, and stays up to date when a new circular comes out. For folders on the server at your office there's the company file server connection. For grants and regulations you can also add ready-made knowledge modules: curated collections you add in one click.
The price has two parts: €199 a month for the platform, plus a per-person fee that drops in tiers. For 30 people the total is €455 a month, for 100 people €899, excluding VAT; pay annually and you pay for 10 months out of 12. If you open the Eko to members, they count too: the pricing page works it out for your case.
Yes. Your data is stored in Europe, and your content is never used to train AI models: it's written into our contracts with the AI providers, including Google. Permissions apply to every document, folder and Eko and are checked on every question, and conversations stay private. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available: you'll find the details on the Security and data page.
Every company is different. Tell ekory about yours.
Just say what you do, how big your team is and where your documents live: an Eko shows you what changes for you, with examples from your industry and the source of every answer.
