An insurance broker holding policy papers visits a client's carpentry workshop as he points out a machine.
Example A tradesman asks whether hail damage to his warehouse is covered: the Eko answers from his policy, with the deductible and the exclusion that matters.
The problem

Sound familiar?

“Am I covered?” The answer is on page 47.

After the storm, the client calls. To answer, someone has to find their policy, the endorsements and the insurer's wording, in the right edition.

Ten insurers, ten ways to write “deductible”.

To compare two quotes, you open two information packs of a hundred pages each and copy limits, deductibles and exclusions into a spreadsheet. Every time, from scratch.

One person knows everything about claims.

Which adjuster, which document is missing, what the insurer said on the phone: the colleague who handles claims knows. When she's on vacation, the client waits.

Every day

The questions that all go through one person today.

With ekory they get an answer in seconds, with the source. Evenings and weekends too.

Try asking

  • Can the client's 22-year-old son drive the van?
  • What's the difference between the two quotes?
  • How much will the insurer pay for this loss?
  • When does the cancellation notice have to go out?
  • What did we promise the client on this claim?
  • What do we give the client before they sign?
Example: Eko Cover reads the client's policy and the insurer's wording: what's covered, with which limits, and what's excluded. You can ask the Eko any question in the list: a sample answer appears in the same window, with its source.

Questions

What brokers and agencies ask before they start.

Can it read wordings from different insurers, scanned ones too?

Yes. It reads information packs, policy wordings, policies and endorsements from any insurer, in PDFs (scanned ones too), Word and Excel, and answers citing the document and the clause. If a cover isn't in the documents, it says so instead of guessing: we explain why the source matters in this article.

Can each account manager see only their own clients?

Yes, if you decide so. Create a group per book of business, branch or team and share with each only their clients' folders: claims with health data, for example, stay with the claims team. Each Eko reads only the folders you give it, and conversations stay private.

Do we have to move our policies and wordings?

No. ekory reads files where they already are, in Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive or Notion, plus the web pages you choose, and stays up to date when an endorsement or a new edition of a wording arrives, without modifying anything. For folders on your office server there's the company file server connection, which opens no access from outside.

How much does it cost for a brokerage?

For 15 people the total is €339 a month, excluding VAT: €199 for the platform plus €140 for the people. Pay annually and you pay for 10 months out of 12, and the cost per person drops as you grow. The pricing page works it out for your team.

Do client and claims data stay confidential?

Yes. Your data is stored in Europe, and your content, claims data included, is never used to train AI models: it's written into our contracts with the AI providers, including Google. Every document, folder and Eko has its own permissions, checked on every question, and conversations stay private. The DPA and the details are on the security page.

Every company is different. Tell ekory about yours.

Just say what you do, how big your team is and where your documents live: an Eko shows you what changes for you, with examples from your industry and the source of every answer.
