This Cookie Policy explains how and why cookies and similar technologies are used on ekory.ai, and how you can control them.
1What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies (such as local storage) work in comparable ways. They can be set by the site you visit ("first-party") or by another organisation ("third-party").
2Our approach
We keep cookies to a minimum. We self-host our fonts (no Google Fonts requests) and we set no advertising cookies before you consent.
We use PostHog, an analytics service hosted in the EU (Frankfurt), to understand how the site is used. By default it runs without cookies: measurements are kept only for the duration of your visit and no identifier is stored across visits. If you accept through our cookie banner, PostHog also sets cookies and enables session recordings, which help us see how pages are actually used and improve them.
To measure the results of our marketing campaigns we also use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API. The pixel is loaded only after you accept through the cookie banner. If you arrive from an ad or a tagged link, we store the campaign parameters and click identifiers from that link in a first-party cookie, so we can know which campaign a signup came from; this information is shared with Meta only with your consent.

4Consent & managing cookies
Strictly necessary and functional cookies that you actively trigger (such as opening the scheduling widget) do not require prior consent under the ePrivacy rules. Cookieless, session-only analytics runs on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used. Analytics cookies, session recordings, the Meta Pixel and any sharing of conversion data with Meta happen only after you accept through the cookie banner; choosing "Decline" keeps analytics in cookieless mode and disables marketing measurement entirely.
You can change your mind at any time: block or delete cookies through your browser settings, or clear this site's data to make the banner appear again on your next visit. Doing so may affect the functionality of embedded tools such as the scheduling widget.

We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of cookies evolves. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
