The course already exists. It's spread over ten folders.
Handouts, slides and recordings from ten editions. Turning them into an online course takes weeks of work, and nobody has weeks.
Handouts, slides, lesson recordings, funding calls: all in one place. They become courses, podcasts and quizzes in a few days, and each class gets an Eko that answers with the handout page.

Learners study after work and write to the trainer by email or on WhatsApp. The trainer answers the next day, one by one, almost always the same thing.
Registers, minimum attendance, start deadlines: the guidelines run to dozens of pages. When the person who knows them is on vacation, reporting waits.
With ekory they get an answer in seconds, with the source. Evenings and weekends too.

Yes. From handouts, slides, PDFs (scanned ones too) and lesson recordings, ekory builds a course with lessons, audio, two-voice podcasts and quizzes: you adjust the outline in chat, and your trainers review everything before it's published. Assign the course to people and groups and see who has completed it. With SCORM export you can also bring it into the learning platform you already use.
No. Create a group per class or per client company and share with each only its own course and its own Eko. Registers, personal data and reporting stay with the admin office, and everyone's conversations stay private.
No. ekory reads files where they already are, in Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive or Notion, and stays up to date when a trainer changes a handout. It reads PDFs (scanned ones too), Word, presentations and audio and video recordings. For folders on your office server there's the company file server connection, which opens no access from outside.
The price has two parts: €199 a month for the platform, plus a per-person fee that drops in tiers, and learners who sign in to ekory count too. For 50 people the total is €599 a month, for 200 people €1,399, excluding VAT; pay annually and you pay for 10 months out of 12. The pricing page works it out for your numbers.
Yes. Your data is stored in Europe and your content, handouts and recordings included, is never used to train AI models: it's written into the contracts with AI providers, including Google. Permissions apply to every document, folder and Eko and are checked on every question, and learners' conversations stay private. People sign in with a Google or Microsoft account, or with a link sent by email; the DPA and all the details are on the security page.
Every company is different. Tell ekory about yours.
Just say what you do, how big your team is and where your documents live: an Eko shows you what changes for you, with examples from your industry and the source of every answer.

For the first call, a handout, the slides of one module and, if you have one, a lesson recording are all we need.
