“That client's instructions? Ask Giorgio.”
Never stacked, labels on two sides, unloading by appointment: the person who's handled that client for years knows. The afternoon shift finds out from the complaint.
Warehouse procedures, client instructions, rates, SLAs and shipping documents in one place, with the page. Someone who started yesterday packs an order like someone who's been here twenty years, and customer service answers without reopening every contract.

Never stacked, labels on two sides, unloading by appointment: the person who's handled that client for years knows. The afternoon shift finds out from the complaint.
Storage, handling, extras and yearly adjustments change from client to client. Before invoicing, someone reopens every contract to find the right line.
They have to pick orders from day one. The procedures are in a binder and in the head of the warehouse manager, who also has trucks to load.
With ekory they get an answer in seconds, with the source. Evenings and weekends too.

Every client's procedures and instructions, the same on every shift, plus a course with quizzes for new starters.
Rates, SLAs and terms of every contract, with the clause, even when a complaint comes in.
Incoterms, dangerous goods and shipping documents: what each shipment needs.
Yes. ekory reads PDFs (scanned ones too), such as delivery notes, CMR consignment notes and packing lists, rate cards in Excel, procedures in Word and photos, such as a damaged package. It answers in the language of whoever asks and cites the original page, even when a client's contract is in German or French. From the same procedures it builds a course with quizzes for new warehouse staff, in their language too: more in our article on onboarding new colleagues.
Yes, if you decide so. In ekory you create a group per client or per warehouse and share with each only its folders: rates stay with sales and admin, and the warehouse sees procedures and instructions. Everyone's conversations stay private.
No. ekory reads files where they already are, in Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive or Notion, and stays up to date when a procedure or a rate card changes, without modifying your files. For folders on your office server there's the company file server connection, which opens no access from outside. Every source is on the integrations page.
ekory's price has two parts: €199 a month for the platform, plus a per-person fee that drops in tiers. For 50 people the total is €599 a month, for 100 people €899, excluding VAT; pay annually and you pay for 10 months out of 12. The pricing page works it out for your headcount.
Yes. Your data is stored in Europe, and your content, from rates to consignee addresses, is never used to train AI models: that's written into our contracts with the AI providers, including Google. Permissions are checked on every question, on every document, folder and Eko, and conversations are private. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available; the details are on the security page.
Every company is different. Tell ekory about yours.
Just say what you do, how big your team is and where your documents live: an Eko shows you what changes for you, with examples from your industry and the source of every answer.
